Due to our made to order roast process and the perishable nature of coffee we do not accept returns. However if you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason please email your order number and a brief description to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly help you find something you love. Unfortunately we can not refund the cost of shipping.
We are happy to replace any defective or damaged items in transit. We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping department in case there is a trend in breakage. Additionally, if the box was also damaged, a photo of that can help us get information to our shipping partners. Missing items. If your order is missing items, or you received the wrong item, please contact us with a brief message as to the missing or wrong item received. Additionally a photo of the shipping box showing the contents inside as they were received, this will help speed up the claim.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
